We strive to deliver products purchased from Gold Mercado in the fastest time possible. All the orders are delivered free to the customer address. As Gold Mercado deals in the custom jewelry, any order will take around maximum 2 weeks to make and then it will be shipped. For international shipping, please give us maximum 2 weeks to reach it to your location. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by their local government. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note Gold Mercado cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

HOW DO I TRACK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Return and refund policy
- Return and Refund are hassle-free when you buy from Gold Mercado.
- We have a 21-days return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or are in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
DAMAGES AND ISSUE
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The Following items can't be returned or exchanges
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands made to order
- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
* If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. We need same processing time to make a new piece as mentioned in product page. You have to contact us within 14 days after receiving the piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.
* Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package and send it in a traceable courier—we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Refunds (if applicable)
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Subject to the nature and condition of return applicability. Manufacturing defects can result in direct refunds, otherwise our support team will analyze the situation and may initiate refunds at their discretion.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CANCELLATION
* Well, Yes you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. Also, we will send order confirmation email once we receive your order, If you not able to reply within 48 hours we will start manufacturing process of your precious jewelry to deliver it before time. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours then we will cancel it but at this time 10% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing labor costs.
* We highly recommend contacting our executive for the reason for cancellation of your order or return. Maybe, something in your mind and that's why you want to cancel the order but you can talk with us. We will assure you that your all queries will be solved within 24 hours of your message to our executives.
